MEMBERSHIP

(a) Associate Member

Any student, who has successfully completed at least one session in JNV, Belpada, automatically shall become an Associate Member of the association from the date of completion of the session. Associate members can volunteer for the association but they will not have voting rights.

(b) General Member

An Associate Member, who is competent to make contract submits an application form in prescribed format along with prescribed fees to the office of the association and shall be approved by the Executive Committee. General Member will have the voting rights. Every year he/she shall pay the prescribed Annual Membership fees to renew his/her membership status.

(c) Life Member

Any Associate/General member who submits an application in prescribed format along with prescribed fees to the office of the association and shall be approved by the executive committee. Life member can enjoy status of General Member. However he/she shall not pay any annual membership fees. Life member shall enjoy the membership status for a term of 10 years

MEMBERSHIP FEES

The membership fee in respect of all the members defined in Rule 4(b) & 4(c) and mode of collection of the membership fees would be decided by the executive committee of the Association from time to time

MEMBERSHIP RIGHTS

1. All members are entitled to receive all announcements connected with the activities of the association, the Alumni News letter and Annual Magazine, if any, and also participate in all social functions ad other activities of the Association.
2. All the members who register their E-Mail IDs with the association, may receive the above mentioned announcements through mails. All members will also be beneficiaries of any schemes or assistance programme administered by the association.
3. Form of announcement may change from time to time by Executive Committee.

PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING MEMBERSHIP

Any person who desires to become member of the association shall have to follow the following steps

1. Become a member as defined in Rule 4(b) & 4(c) above by applying in prescribed application form available in the office of the association
2. Then submit the following documents along with the application form for becoming a General Member. The application shall be considered by the Executive Committee/General Secretary who will have the power to accept or reject the application.
   1. Matriculation Certificate/10+2 Certificate/ Any such authorized document from JNV, Belpada.
   2. Copy of Driving License. Voter ID/ Passport/ Student’s ID.
   3. One Colour passport size photograph
   4. Membership fee as decided by Executive Committee.
